The challenger who wrote this petition won back benefits of over $2000 from EDD. There are thousands of Californians in a similar position, and possibly the same in every state. The petition is very 'legal' and somewhat difficult to read, but there's an easy to understand 10 step example towards the end. It's worth a read to see if you are in the same position.
