Unemployment-insurance benefits, according to the Congressional Budget Office, were expected to cost the government $120 billion in 2011. Divide that into $678 billion, and you could fund half a decade of unemployment checks—assuming, but not hoping of course, that the unemployment rate remains as is.

Ok, "Guest", so are you saying that we should not gave repealed the taxes? I benefited from the tax cuts and no, I never thought I would rather pay more to give to someone not working.
